Asset availability chart

In this article we will be taking you through the asset availability chart, how it works and how to move/block assets.

 

Firstly, make sure those who wish to edit the asset availability charts have the right access to do so in the employee accounts page : 

 

 

This is the asset availability chart, this can show all assets available to be booked in the site, although it can be customised to only show which assets what you want it to.

To move an booking to a different room simply click and drag it to the chosen new asset eg. A customer wants to change to a different room.

 

Also, if you wish to block availability by manually adding it and givng a reason. eg broken lane.
