Booking Object Field explanations

The booking object stores some of the main information of the booking. Example Booking Object in Salesforce :

Field Label – Name of the Field

Information Stored – Brief overview of the field

All Products Processed	The date and time the product has finished being created and full processed	Date/time	No
Booking Description	A list of the products that have been booked	Text	Yes
P&L Date	The date the booking is taking place	Date	Yes
Total Amount	The full amount of the booking	Currency	Yes
Created Date	Date the booking was created	Date	Yes
Time	The start time of the booking	Time	Yes
Balance Paid	The amount paid on the whole booking	Currency	Yes
Balance Remaining	The amount to be paid on the whole booking	Currency	Yes
Site	The site the booking was made at	Lookup	Yes
Count Bookings	Used to count the number of bookings on a report	Number	No
Customer	The link to the customers account	Lookup	Yes
Status	Shows the status of the booking for example “Cancelled” , “Booked” or “Checked in	Pick list	Yes – Unless in status of cancelled
