When are product is not booking when everything looks fine, it is often a case of there being no slots in a schedule that is linked to the asset class of the product.
In this article we will show you how to check this.
Step 1 : Find the product in the product builder and select view/edit
Step 2 : Click on asset class entitlements icon on the right hand side
Step 3 : Select the asset class
Step 4 : Click on on the drop down next to an asset select view
Step 5 : Click the schedule it’s linked to.
Step 6 : Check that schedule has slots for when you want the product to be active under Manage Schedule.
