Create a New Salesforce User

  1. Log into Salesforce.
  2. Click the setup cog in the top right.
  3. Type users into quick find.
  4. Click new user.
  5. Fill in all the account fields.
  6.  Set the user license to Salesforce or Salesforce platform
  7. Set a profile.
  8. Tick generate new password.
  9. Save. 
  10. Apply user permission sets. 
  11. Scroll down on the new user, click manage licenses.
  12. Apply a BookNow license.
  13. Verify your account. 
  14. Login
