Delete Single Event (via the schedule)
- Login to salesforce
- Select the 9 dots in the top right hand corner
in the top right hand corner 3. Search schedules and then select schedules
4. Select a schedule linked to the product you want to change
4. Select Manage Schedule
5. Then select Delete Mode
Warning
It will effect all products this schedule is linked to
6. Select the events you want to delete
7. One you have selected all the ones to delete select click to delete
