On the latest update, you will notice that the page layout has changed, when you click on the eye icon on the staff booking page.
This change has been made to make it easier for you to check all the details of the booking.
On “Booking”, you will be able to see all the details of the particular booking.
Booking Products tab, will show you all the tickets the customer has booked on the same booking.
You can click “Go” and the system will take you to the check in screen on the date and time of the product.
Any payment, will show on the “Booking Payments” tab
On “Booking Actions”, you will be able to resend confirmation email and/or payment link, charge the remaining balance on the booking via epos or card and open the booking directly on Salesforce.
Any notes on the particular booking will show on: Booking Notes.
If the product booked has a questionary linked to it, the questions and answers will show on the “Questions” tab.
Finally, you can check the customer details on the “Customer” tab.
