What information do we need ?

The more information you can provide on a case the quicker and better we will be able to help. Some key information includes: 

  • Booking Numbers
  • Customer name 
  • Path taken to cause issue
  • Brower used 
  • Product purchased 
  • Time and date 
  • Screenshots and evidence 


High Priority : Anything that stops you for operating or affecting the front end user, for example page not loading

Medium Priority : You are having an issue but it is not affecting the front end users or highly affecting the business

Configuration: Configuration tasks we can support with but no issue occurring eg new product setup.
