How To Create Giftpro Vouchers

Ensure the Visibility is always Online.

There are 3 different types of vouchers in Giftpro Standard, Configurable and Monetary.

There are 2 types of standard Vouchers.

Lets assume the price of a voucher is £10. And the cart total is £5. The amount redeemed from the voucher will be £10 as the voucher isn’t partially redeemable.

To convert a standard voucher into partially redeemable , you need to enable ‘Allow partial redemption’ while creating the voucher. Lets assume the price of a voucher is £10. And the cart total is £5. The amount redeemed from the voucher will be £5 as the voucher is partially redeemable.

Similar to Standard Vouchers, these vouchers can be Partially redeemable if you enable ‘Allow partial redemption’.

Only Monetary class vouchers are partially redeemable, without us having to enable ‘Allow partial redemption’ . The minimum and maximum price field lets us specify the amount we’ll be charging the customer when they’re purchasing a voucher. But the funds on the voucher will be £50 (in this case).

If the ‘Valid from Period’ field is set, it means in this particular case, The voucher will be available for use only after 12 hours of purchase.

To purchase the vouchers From the dashboard to the left, Select Create Order >

Add whichever voucher you want to cart, during checkout ensure that the

Ensure you select the current site location.

Delivery Method is your choice

Payment Method is Online.

There are two ways of obtaining your voucher code, One is through Giftpro Dashboard > Orders >

Select your order from a list of all orders.

The other is through multiple PDFs sent by Giftpro to you , using the email you set in customer address email, while purchasing the vouchers.
