Revisitation rate is defined as your total customer pool (live waivers on a rolling 12 month basis) divided by your total annual ticket sales. As an example, should you have an existing customer pool of say 300k and 600k annual sales, your rate would be 2.0. Revisitation is a key metric for tracking the growth and long term sustainability of your entertainment venue.
You can view a revisitation rate report within your Salesforce environment, by heading to ‘Revisitation Analysis’ in the ‘Reports’ section of your system (see image example below), giving you insight into this key metric for your business.
